Production steps:
Step 1: clean the fish, drain the water, salt the whole body and marinate for about 10 minutes.
Step 2: heat the oil pan to 80%. Put down the salted fish and start frying over medium heat. Slowly turn to low heat in the middle. Don't turn over the fish.
