Production steps:
Step 1: cut a cucumber and shred it (I made about three servings, you can increase or decrease it as you like)
Step 2: pickle the cucumber with salt. The amount of salt should be a little more, because the shredded cucumber in this noodle should act as a small dish. If the taste is light, there will be no taste.
Step 3: grasp well by hand and set aside
Step 4: about two and a half teaspoons of sesame paste for three people is enough ~ add water to drain. I like to add a large teaspoon of sesame oil when I drain for the first time, so that the sesame paste will taste more oily.
Step 5: don't let the sesame sauce leak in place. After the cucumber juice comes out, add the cucumber juice instead of water to continue to drain the sesame sauce. It has more flavor ~ ~ the dilution degree of the sesame sauce is about the same as that of the hot pot. If you want to be fresh, you can dilute it a little more. It depends on your personal taste.
Step 6: then cook the noodles. After the noodles are cooked, they must be cooled thoroughly. Spread the noodles at the bottom, put cucumber shreds on top, I also put some of my own pickled bell peppers (there are tutorials ahead). You can also put some mashed garlic in it.
Step 7: finally drizzle with the prepared sesame paste and you can eat it. A delicacy but a delicious Kwai Fu.
