Production steps:
Step 1: use blisters one day in advance

Step 9: put the lid on and let it stand for about 20 minutes, then the bean curd is ready
Step 10: bean curd solidification process, fried beef brine. Put a little oil in the pot, add proper amount of Pixian Douban and stir fry out the red oil
Step 11: add chopped onion and chopped beef. I prefer beef and onion to go with it. If I don't like it, I don't need onion
Step 12: stir fry until discolored, add a little water and stir fry until fragrant.
