Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash and slice the pork.
Step 2: add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Add the streaky pork and blanch it thoroughly. Pork blanching is to make this dish taste non greasy.
Step 3: heat in a non stick pan, pour in proper amount of cooking oil, heat the oil at 6 or 7 ℃, add shredded onion and ginger, add proper amount of white pepper and stir fry until fragrant.
