Stir fried Asparagus with sausage sauce

Production steps:
Step 1: stir the soy sauce, Shacha sauce and sugar in a small bowl, cut the garlic, ginger and pepper, and set aside.
Step 2: wash the asparagus, blanch it in boiling water for about half a minute, and add a few drops of white vinegar in boiling water. After blanching, add ice water and rinse again, so asparagus will be more crisp.
Step 3: put the sliced sausage into the steamer and steam it soft. Bring it out about 2 minutes after boiling. Put the sausage into the pot to stir out the oil. Push the sausage to the side of the pot. Put the garlic, ginger and pepper in the middle of the pot and stir fry with high fire. Add asparagus and cooking wine to stir fry together. Let the fire run into the pot and smell
Step 4: then add a teaspoon of Shacha sauce and continue to stir fry. Add a small bowl of water to keep the pot moist. It will be out of the pot in about half a minute.
