Production steps:
Step 1: add fish glue powder into normal temperature milk, let it stand for 5 minutes, then boil it over high heat, and keep stirring until fish glue powder melts
Step 2: bring to a boil, add sugar to your taste and cook until sugar melts into sweet milk
Step 3: the cooked sweet milk liquid should be filtered twice. Then pour it into the container. The container should have a certain depth and the width of the top and bottom should be consistent. In this way, the pieces of the same size can be cut out after freezing. After the milk liquid is cooled, cover it with plastic film or cover it and put it in the refrigerator until the liquid solidifies
Step 4: after solidification, take it out and divide it into blocks
