Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the raw hand roll
Step 2: shred all the side dishes except the green vegetables, as well as the meat and ham

Step 5: cook the noodles first, don't soften them, just cook them
Step 6: wash the cooked noodles immediately under cold water until they are cool

Step 8: add shredded meat and stir fry
Step 9: after the color of the shredded meat is dispersed, immediately pour in carrots, onions and green pepper
Step 10: stir fry carrots, onions and green peppers until they are raw, then add green vegetables
Step 11: reduce the volume of vegetables and add shredded ham
Step 12: after stir frying, first add oyster sauce (as shown in the figure), then add soy sauce (about a quarter of oyster sauce), then add appropriate amount of sugar (about a teaspoon and a half), finally add appropriate amount of chicken powder, salt and chicken essence (chicken powder is not optional)
Step 13: stir fry the seasonings and vegetables well, add the cooked noodles, stir or mix well

Note: if you want to have chewy noodles, don't cook it too long, just cooked. The taste of sugar and salt should be adjusted according to personal preference.
