Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients, clean the glutinous rice and soak it in cold water for 2 hours.
Step 2: clean the rice dumpling leaves and blanch them with boiling water.
Step 3: mix the prepared red beans, mung beans, job's tears and glutinous rice. (job's tears, red beans and mung beans should be soaked in water for more than 2 hours)
Step 4: cut off the head and tail of Zongye
Step 5: take a piece of Zongye and fold it into a triangle.
Step 6: put in a big red jujube
Step 7: fold the leaves from top to bottom to form a triangle.
Step 8: bind with brown rope
Step 9: steam the rice dumplings in an electric rice cooker for at least two and a half hours.
