Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: put all the ingredients except the salt free butter into the bread barrel, start the flour mixing process for 20 minutes (don't pour all the milk in, leave 20g for adjustment)
Step 2: add softened butter. Start the dough mixing process again for 20 minutes
Step 3: one of my dough mixing programs takes 30 minutes, but in summer, the temperature is too high to make dough mixing that long, so I stop it manually in 20 minutes
Step 4: take out the dough and cover it with plastic film for the first fermentation
Step 5: double the size
Step 6: take out the exhaust, divide it into 3 parts, roll round, cover with plastic film and relax for 15 minutes
Step 7: after shaping, put it into the toast mold and make the second hair. Brush the egg liquid when the hair is twice as big as the original one. Put it in the lower layer of 160 ℃ oven for 50 minutes ~ ~ (my three-layer oven),
Step 8: take it out of the oven to cool and slice it again. The color of the roast is too deep. I was surfing the Internet at that time and I didn't remember that I baked something

Note: 1. Bake to your favorite coloring, cover with tin foil 2. According to the different water absorption of flour, milk should not be poured in at one time, leaving 20g for adjustment. The temperature is for reference only~~
