Production steps:
Step 1: wash the red beans.
Step 2: soak in 400ml water for one hour.
Step 3: put the soaked red beans into the microwave oven (the container should be covered), microwave high fire for 5 minutes, and start. After 5 minutes, press "pause / cancel" and let the red beans simmer for 30 minutes to 1 hour. Repeat the above steps three times for 15 minutes.
Step 4: the stewed red beans are still intact.
Step 5: cool the cooked red beans, then pour them into the blender together with the soup.
Step 6: beat into fine mud. At this time, it is still a semi-finished product.
Step 7: pour the beaten bean paste into the frying pan.
Step 8: add appropriate amount of white granulated sugar, stir fry gently, and slowly dry the excess water.

Note: red beans do not have to soak for too long, at most one to two hours, no time can not soak, do not use hot water immersion. If it is not used immediately, the bean paste can be slightly wet, and some water will be evaporated during storage. Eat it as soon as possible. Bean paste can't be put even if it is refrigerated.
