Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soften the butter to liquid
Step 2: break the biscuits with a cooking machine for standby (no cooking machine can be put in the fresh-keeping bag and crushed with a rolling rod). I used three kinds of biscuits: Oreo and the children eat the rest of the finger biscuits. Step 3: pour the butter and biscuits together and mix well.
Step 4: import into the mold, flatten it with a spoon, and put it into the refrigerator for standby.
Step 5: soften the cheese with water, beat with egg beater until smooth, add 40g sugar in the middle three times.
Step 6: add an egg yolk (please ignore the egg white in the picture) and continue to stir well. Mix well, then pour in the yoghurt and continue to stir until the cheese paste is even.
Step 7: soak the gelatine slices in water to soften, add the fresh milk and cream in the microwave oven to warm, add the soaked gelatine slices and stir them until they are completely dissolved, and then sift them to prevent the dissolved gelatine slices from affecting the taste. Finally, add the cream mixture to the yogurt and cheese paste and mix well. The cake liquid is ready.
Step 8: divide the mixed cake liquid into six equal parts and add the pigment to color.
Step 9: pour six colors of cake liquid in turn. The order is from outside to inside. As you pour the latter color, the first color will automatically faint to the outer ring. The process is very interesting.
Step 10: put it in the refrigerator for more than four hours after completion, take it out and cover it with a hot towel outside the mold to demould it.
