Broom seedling seeds are traditional Chinese medicine, called Kochia, can treat cystitis, urethritis. Tender stems and leaves are called Kochia seedlings, which have the effects of clearing heat, detoxifying and diuresis. It's better to steam than chrysanthemum. It won't stick together. This broom seedling has less water. After steaming, it's easy to scatter with chopsticks. "
Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the broom seedling.
Step 2: remove the stem, leave only the tender leaves, wash and control the water.
Step 3: put the leaves of broom seedlings into a large basin after water control, and put in an appropriate amount of flour.
Step 4: grasp well and cover each leaf with flour.
Step 5: spread the cloth inside the steaming drawer, and spread the broom seedling wrapped with flour evenly on it. Cover and bring to a boil over high heat. Steam over medium heat for 6 minutes.
Step 6: steam the mashed garlic. Peel and wash the garlic, put it into the garlic mortar and pound it into mud.
Step 7: as soon as 6 minutes arrive, open the lid immediately.
Step 8: carry the drawer cloth, pour the vegetables into the big basin, and immediately spread them with chopsticks.
Step 9: add some salt.
Step 10: appropriate amount of chicken essence.
Step 11: add some sesame oil and mix well.
Step 12: put in the mashed garlic and mix well.

Note: if the broom seedling is not completely dry, you can also mix some vegetable oil first, and then mix flour, so it is not easy to stick. Don't stew the broom seedlings after they are steamed. Once they are stewed, the leaves will turn yellow.
