Production steps:
Step 1: wash mushrooms and cut into small cubes.
Step 2: wash and dice Pleurotus eryngii.
Step 3: wash and dice pork.
Step 4: heat the oil and add the egg.
Step 5: stir fry and set aside.
Step 6: add oil in another pan, add onion and ginger powder into the pan.
Step 7: put in the pork.
Step 8: stir fry until oil comes out.
Step 9: add mushrooms and Pleurotus eryngii and stir fry until cut.
Step 10: add the bean paste and sweet flour paste.
Step 11: stir well.
Step 12: add the scrambled eggs and water.
Step 13: stir fry evenly over low heat.
Step 14: cover and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes. Let cool.

Pork: 100g
Mushroom: 200g
Pleurotus eryngii: 200g
Bean paste: 400g
Sweet flour sauce: 100g
Scallion: 15g
Ginger: 10g
Peanut oil: 35ml
Water: 200ml
Note: use low heat when frying sauce, so as not to paste the pot. The bean paste and the sweet flour paste are very salty, so there is no need to add salt.
