Honey dumplings
Introduction:
"Honey cold zongzi is different from other zongzi. It does not include stuffing or leaves. It is made of glutinous rice and wrapped in a triangle. It is as white as jade and cool as summer. Production steps:
Step 1: prepare 500 grams of glutinous rice and a piece of gauze.
Step 2: soak glutinous rice for 8 hours (I soak glutinous rice before going to bed at night and do it in the morning).
Step 3: sew the gauze into a triangle pocket with cotton thread.
Step 4: put the soaked glutinous rice in the sewn triangle pocket.
Step 5: pack while compacting, don't pack too full, use cotton thread to tie the mouth of the bag tightly.
Step 6: put in the pressure cooker.
Step 7: add water to the pressure cooker without zongzi. Cook for 30 minutes.
Step 8: cool the cooked dumplings.
Step 9: prepare a cotton thread and clean it.
Step 10: bite one end of the cotton thread with your mouth, hold the other end with your hand, and cut the rice dumplings into small pieces.
Step 11: cut rice dumplings with cotton thread
Step 12: cut into small pieces
Step 13: put the cut rice dumplings on the plate.
Step 14: take a bowl and put 2 tbsp rose sauce, a little honey and cold boiled water into it.
