Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: soak the brown leaves and clean them with a clean brush. Cut off the head and tail for use.
Step 2: cut the meat into large pieces and marinate it in marinade one night in advance.
Step 3: soak glutinous rice and Adzuki Bean one or two hours in advance.
Step 4: divide the glutinous rice into three parts because of three flavors.
Step 5: for the first part, add a small amount of alkali noodles to the glutinous rice. It's Beige and yellowish. If it's too much, it will be bitter.
Step 6: for the second portion, boil the pickled adzuki beans in water for 10 minutes, drain and add the glutinous rice. Add salt and chicken essence according to your taste.
