Stewed spareribs with dried bean and agaric
Introduction:
"The biggest feature of this dish is that it uses its own dried tofu. The dried tofu is salty, fragrant and refreshing. It's hard but tough. It won't break after a long time."
Production steps:
Step 1: soak and wash Auricularia auricula, soak dried tofu for more than 12 hours, and cook the spareribs with electric pressure cooker in advance;
Step 2: heat the pan with a little oil, add onion and ginger, stir fry with soy sauce, five spice powder, dried beans and agaric, then pour in the cooked ribs and juice, add salt, bring to a boil over high heat and simmer for 20 minutes over low heat;
