Production steps:
Step 1: a piece of tofu
Step 2: remove the internal organs of small yellow croaker, clean and wash it, cut off the caudal fin, or not
Step 3: prepare the ingredients, cut the scallion, ginger and garlic into slices
Step 4: heat the oil in the pot, add the ingredients and ginger, stir up the flavor
Step 5: add water and pepper
Step 6: add appropriate amount of vinegar. Vinegar can also be added after the fish and tofu are boiled
Step 7: put in the small yellow croaker
Step 8: put the tofu into the pot, cover it and simmer for about 10 minutes
Step 9: put water, starch, salt and monosodium glutamate in the basin and stir well
