Stewed mushroom with chicken
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: remove the roots of hazelnut mushrooms and soak them for 12 hours. Wash away the sediment. Tear the large ones into long strips by hand and squeeze out the water;
Step 2: cut 200 grams of stupid chicken into pieces for standby;
Step 3: put proper amount of cooking oil into the pot, add chicken nuggets and stir fry until the chicken skin is transparent. When the chicken oil overflows, add onion, ginger, soy sauce, cooking wine and large ingredients and stir fry;
Step 4: add hazelnut mushroom and salt, stir fry a few times;
Step 5: add twice as much water as chicken (warm water is better), bring to a boil and simmer for 50 minutes.
