Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients, separate the egg white and yolk in advance, and leave the yolk for use;
Step 2: wash and peel the kiwifruit, then dig the kiwifruit into a small ball;
Step 3: disperse the egg yolk to form a smooth and even yolk liquid;
Step 4: bring the cream and sugar powder to a boil and stir with a spoon until the sugar completely melts in the cream;
Step 5: slowly pour the cream from step 4 into the yolk from step 3. Remember not to pour the cream too hard. Pour the cream while stirring with a blender, so that the egg will not flower when it comes to hot cream;
Step 6: pour the milk into the cream and egg liquid in step 5, and keep stirring with the blender until the two are fused;
Step 7: pour the pudding liquid prepared in step 6 into the baking bowl. If you want to make the pudding finer and smoother, it would be better to sift and pour in the pudding liquid. Although I didn't sift, I stirred it evenly in the first few steps, so the pudding is still finer and smoother, so I saved the step of sifting;
Step 8: preheat the oven 170 degrees, heat up and down, middle layer, bake for 20 to 30 minutes, the specific time, according to the temperature of each oven, and the size of the baking bowl to decide, my baking bowl is relatively small, bake for 20 minutes, basically the pudding liquid is solidified. Pudding liquid does not shake, and the surface is golden, brown spots can appear;
Step 9: just out of the oven, baked pudding;
Step 10: drizzle osmanthus candy on each pudding with a small spoon. Remember to do it lightly and spread it on a thin layer;
Step 11: put the kiwifruit prepared in step 2 on each pudding, and the dessert is officially finished.
