Braised fish with sauce
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: prepare the ingredients.
Step 2: remove gills and viscera of gayu, wash and drain water.
Step 3: heat up the pan with oil, add onion and ginger, and stir until fragrant.
Step 4: add a spoonful of Douban sauce and a spoonful of chili sauce.
Step 5: stir fry evenly, stir fry sauce flavor.
Step 6: add water and bring to a boil.
Step 7: add vinegar, sugar and salt, then add gayu.
