Production steps:
Step 1: peel the water bamboo shoots, wash them and cut them into shreds.
Step 2: blanch the cut water bamboo shreds in boiling water (about half a minute), then rinse and set aside.
Step 3: wash coriander and cut into small sections, cut red pepper into shreds, peel garlic and cut into shreds.
