Fried double crisp
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: Ingredients: lotus root, pig ear, onion.
Step 2: peel and slice lotus root.
Step 3: soak in water for a while to prevent blackening.
Step 4: clean the scallion and cut into sections.
Step 5: hot pot, pour oil, stir fry lotus root for a while.
Step 6: add pig ears.

Note: soak lotus root for a while before cutting it. You can reduce some starch to prevent it from sticking to the pot. You can also prevent the lotus root from oxidation and blackening when it comes into contact with air. Stir fry when adding some water, can make lotus root cooked faster.
