Crispy beef rolls
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: Ingredients: corn, peeled horseshoe, wonton skin, beef, scallion.
Step 2: wash the beef, cut into diced pieces the same size as corn, add salt, chicken powder, pepper, soy sauce and cornmeal, stir well, marinate for about 20 minutes.
Step 3: peel and wash the horse hooves, cut them into dices the same size as the corn kernels, wash the scallions, separate the scallions and leaves, and put the other dices into the pot except the diced beef and scallion leaves.
Step 4: put a small amount of cooking oil in the hot pot, stir fry the marinated diced beef for a while, and turn it white.
Step 5: drop corn, onion and horseshoe.
Step 6: stir fry for a while until the taste is even.
Step 7: put it in a bowl and add the scallion leaves.
Step 8: cool the ingredients a little and add salad dressing, sesame oil
Step 9: add white sesame and stir well with chopsticks.
Step 10: spread out the wonton peel, scoop up the stuffing with a spoon and put it in the middle of the wonton peel.
Step 11: fold one side. (as shown in the picture)
Step 12: fold up the other side, dip water in the middle and both ends to seal. (as shown in the picture)
Step 13: wrap it all.
Step 14: put proper amount of cooking oil in the pan, heat it to 80%, put it into the beef roll and fry it until golden on both sides.
Step 15: pick up and dry the oil with oil absorption paper.
Step 16: cool down a little and serve. A crisp beef roll. Bite it down and make a sound~~

Note: buy ready-made wonton skin can save a lot of time, meat to marinate and then stir fry. Ingredients can be adjusted as you like. The stuffing is cooked. When it is fried, it can be picked up with a little golden color. When it is cooled out of the pot, it will be crisp. Fried for too long, easy to paste skin, also not very healthy.
