Introduction:

In the difficult times of life, Doubao can only be eaten during the Chinese New Year. The stuffing of Doubao is a mixture of dried sweet potato and red bean vegetable. At that time, it was not willing to put sugar, but a little saccharin. The stuffing was very sweet. In the past, Doubao was the most greedy. Now I want to eat and go to buy dried sweet potato. As you can imagine, it took a lot of trouble to get back some of those that didn't sell. "
Production steps:
Step 1: This is dried sweet potato. Rinse it with water and soak it in water for one night;
Step 2: put the pickled dried sweet potato into the pot, put the water into the pot, and then boil for 15 minutes;
Step 3: This is cooked dried sweet potato;
Step 4: after cooling, cut into dice with a knife;
Step 5: chopped dried sweet potato;
Step 6: half dried sweet potato dice, half bean paste stuffing; bean paste stuffing is self-made, specially diluted, dried sweet potato will absorb water;
Step 7: mix the two fillings evenly;
Step 8: This is the finished flour (flour, yeast and water are kneaded together and fermented for one and a half hours in winter)
Step 9: take out the dough and knead it until it is smooth. Divide the dough into 12 parts;
Step 10: knead all the dough, cover with plastic film and let it stand for 5 minutes;
Step 11: take a potion, roll it open, and put some stuffing on it;
Step 12: use the method of wrapping steamed buns;
Step 13: put corn husk on the mat, put the bean bag into the steamer, wake up for 15 minutes, put on the pot with cold water and low heat, turn to medium heat and steam for about 13 minutes after boiling;
Step 14: open the lid immediately after steaming, pick up the bean bags and put them on the cover mat to cool.
