Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: raw materials: three native eggs and a handful of Toona sinensis.
Step 2: knock the eggs into the clean peas.
The third step: add half a spoon of salt and beat until the egg is froth.
Step 4: put the pure toon buds into a boiling water bowl, cover the bowl tightly, scald for about 3 minutes, take them out, drain the water, and cut them into pieces. I brought it from my mother's house. Blanch it in advance and put it in the refrigerator. Just thaw it
Step 5: set a high heat in a flat pan and add a spoonful of cooked lard.
Step 6: heat to 50% and pour the eggs into the pot.
Step 7: when the egg is not ripe, put the toon bud in the middle of the egg.
Step 8: fold the eggs around to the center with chopsticks to make the egg liquid cover the toon bud.
Step 9: turn over the spoon, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes until cooked.

Note: because the mother's eggs are too small, egg liquid does not feel thick, next time do put 4 -- 5! Taste is still very fragrant!
