Production steps:
Step 1: cut the pumpkin into pieces, steam them and roll them into mud with a spoon.
Step 2: chop the oil residue, mushrooms, vegetables and carrots, add salt and soy sauce to make stuffing.
Step 3: add yeast powder, pumpkin puree and a small amount of warm water into the flour to form a dough.
Step 4: ferment in a warm place. It's too hot. It's warm everywhere. The fermentation time is about 1 hour.

Step 6: pack the stuffing and place it for secondary fermentation. The time is 30-40 minutes.
Step 7: I made a butterfly shaped steamed bread, which has no stuffing. My daughter was very happy and learned to make it.

Step 10: the second fermentation is sufficient. Bring the water to a boil. Steam over medium heat for 25 minutes. Turn off the heat. Remove the lid after three to five minutes. You can eat it. Be careful.

Note: oil residue is the product of fried pig, which is used to mix stuffing and stir fry dishes. However, oil residue still contains a large amount of animal fat, which belongs to saturated fatty acid, namely stearin. It's OK to eat less, but it's harmful to human body to eat more. If the oil residue is too sticky and scorched, it's best not to eat it.
