Fried glutinous rice with blood
Introduction:
"Fried blood glutinous rice is a traditional dessert in Jiangsu cuisine. The original dish uses lard and a lot of sugar, as well as sweet scented osmanthus. I adjusted it, replacing lard with olive oil, reducing the amount of sugar, making it as suitable for my own taste as possible."
Production steps:
Step 1: wash the rice and soak for about two hours.
Step 2: put the soaked rice into the pot, steam over high heat, turn to medium heat for about 30 minutes.
Step 3: cut the jujube into small cubes, and chop the almond and walnut kernel.
Step 4: heat olive oil in a pan, add sugar and cook.
Step 5: add glutinous rice and stir fry.
Step 6: add the nuts.
Step 7: stir fry and add QQ sugar.
Materials required:
Black rice: 70g
Glutinous rice: 70g
Jujube: 10g
Almonds: moderate
Walnut: right amount
Melon seed kernel: right amount
Soft candy: right amount
Sugar: right amount
Olive oil: right amount
Note: 1, QQ sugar put to eat quickly, hot rice will melt it. 2. If the steamed rice is excellent, add appropriate amount of water when frying.
