Simple family version of barbecued pork
Introduction:
"Since we have children, almost all the meals we eat at home have been changed to suit the children's taste. This barbecued pork is my son's favorite. It appears on our dinner table almost every month. Whenever my mother is greedy for sweet meat, she will say, "I have no sweet bone."
Production steps:
Step 1: Li Jinji barbecue sauce (only half a can), sugar, flour
Step 2: 1.5kg plum head (pork forelegs)
Step 3: first cut the meat into large uniform strips
Step 4: use the back of the knife to loosen the front and back of the meat
Step 5: sprinkle a thin layer of sugar evenly on the patted meat

Step 11: the meat just baked is crisp outside and tender inside, delicious and juicy. My son can eat half of it at a time

Flour: 50g
Plum head (front leg): 1.5kg
Note: 1, sugar and flour do not need a lot, a thin layer is OK. 2, barbecue sauce should be coated on every corner of the meat, it's better to be thicker
