Production steps:
Step 1: remove the denim from the freezer and thaw it.
Step 2: after thawing, rinse with clean water, cut each piece into three pieces with a knife, make each piece with a bone, add oyster sauce, soy sauce, cooking wine, ginger juice, black pepper, sugar, salt, sesame oil, mix well, put it back in the refrigerator at room temperature and marinate for about one afternoon.
Step 3: wash the onion and red pepper separately, and cut them into shreds.
Step 4: take a pan and pour in the oil. After the oil is heated, drain it into the marinated beef ribs one by one, and fry both sides with medium heat.
Step 5: put the fried beef ribs into the plate.
Step 6: stir fry shredded onion, shredded red sweet pepper and minced ginger with the oil in the pot.
