Production steps:
Step 1: Shuifa mushroom, rock sugar, star anise, cinnamon, scallion, ginger, chicken powder, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil.
Step 2: put the right amount of oil in the pot, add rock sugar and stir fry the sugar color.
Step 3: melt the rock sugar and stir fry the scallion, ginger, star anise and cinnamon when the color is yellowish.
Step 4: saute until fragrant and add a little soy sauce.
Step 5: add the mushrooms and stir well, then add some warm water to boil.
Step 6: after boiling, add some oyster sauce and stir well.
Step 7: cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 8: stew the mushrooms for 5 minutes, add a little chicken powder to make them fresh, and then remove the soup with high heat.
Step 9: stir well with a few drops of sesame oil before leaving the pot.
Step 10: pour it into the container to cool, and then code the tray.
