Introduction:

Production steps:

Step 8: add fresh soup and simmer for a while.
Step 9: continue to add soy sauce, refined salt, vinegar, sugar and simmer for 3 minutes until the lentils taste.
Step 10: add monosodium glutamate and thicken with starch.
Step 11: drizzle with sesame oil, stir well, remove from the pan and serve.
