Introduction:
"The origin of this dish is said to have something to do with Dou'e, a character written by Guan Hanqing, a dramatist of the Yuan Dynasty. Just because of the lack of money, Dou E had to go on credit. Before the meat case, Dou E asked for a piece of meat, but the butcher was entangled and gave it to Dou E. She takes out the vermicelli and softens them in boiling water. Then she cuts the meat into small pieces, adds onion and ginger to stir fry, adds soy sauce and vermicelli to stir fry for a while, and finally adds shredded garlic and pepper to start the pot. Production steps:
Step 1: prepare pork, vermicelli, green pepper and onion.
Step 2: prepare Pixian Douban and steamed fish soy sauce.
Step 3: soak sweet potato vermicelli in warm water in advance.
Step 4: wash green pepper and onion, cut into small pieces and set aside.
