Step 1: wash the chicken feet and cut them in the middle.
Step 2: blanch in water.
Step 3: add oil in wok, saute shredded ginger and garlic slices.
Step 4: stir fry the chicken feet.
Step 5: add soy sauce and oyster sauce
Step 6: pour in the soybeans and add water.
Step 7: add Yuba 20 minutes after boiling
Step 8: until the soup is dried, add salt and scallion to boil.
