Pineapple sauce
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: dice the pineapple.
Step 2: prepare rock sugar and maltose.
Step 3: put 2 / 3 diced pineapple into the blender and beat it into pineapple puree.
Step 4: pour the pineapple puree into the non stick pot, add the remaining 1 / 3 pineapple dice, add rock sugar, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to low heat and simmer slowly.
Step 5: stir with a spoon until the rock sugar is completely melted. Add maltose and continue to stir until it is melted. Boil until the soup is finished and the pulp is very soft.
Step 6: cool, put in a clean bottle and refrigerate.

Pineapple: 600g
Rock sugar: 120g
Maltose: 60g
Note: if you are not using non stick pot, you have to keep stirring to prevent paste pot.
