Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: saury is frozen, thaw first
Step 2: don't open the belly of the fish, cut it with scissors at the bottom of the fish, and take out the intestines of the fish with chopsticks from the gills to keep the fish from breaking its belly and deforming when baking;
Step 3: cut the fish on the opposite side and put it on a long plate;
Step 4: sprinkle salt and ground black pepper;

Step 6: prepare vegetables, peel potatoes and wash carrots and green peppers;
Step 7: slice potatoes and carrots, shred green peppers;
