Production steps:
Step 1: steam the purple potato in microwave oven for 8-10 minutes until it is very soft. It's better to use an ordinary steamer. All in all, it's very soft. Add 150g almond sugar, break the protein in a blender, and mix well. Then add honey and cream and continue to stir well.
Step 2: cookies: mix the butter, marshmallow, salt, eggs and yolks with an electric beater. Then add flour, starch and chopped hazelnut in batches.
Step 3: squeeze the surface of the cookie into the shape of a medium wavy head. Use wet fingers to dig a small hole in the middle, and then put purple potato paste. Hot air 170 degrees, bottom, 7 minutes.
