Production steps:
Step 1: make a pot of water. After boiling, put the mutton in the pot and remove the blood. Remove in about 1 minute and let cool.
Step 2: slice ginger. It's best to buy a piece of Angelica. What I didn't buy a piece of Angelica is to put the whole piece into the pot to cook. But I boiled it for a while and then fished it out. At this time, the angelica is not very hard. I cut it and threw it back into the pot to cook.
Step 3: cut the chilled lamb into small pieces.
