Homemade apple vinegar
Introduction:
"Apple vinegar is a kind of substance that tastes acidic and enters the body is alkaline. Alkaline constitution is more resistant than acidic constitution. It is also conducive to the growth of probiotics in the field, promoting the excretion of fat and cholesterol. Rich in vitamins, it can also beautify and nourish the face. It's a good drink. Now make a bottle by yourself ~"
Production steps:
Step 1: required materials: a bottle of rice vinegar, 3 green apples, and an appropriate amount of rock sugar.
Step 2: wash the apple, wipe off the water and slice it.
Step 3: dice the apple slices (thin skin is OK).
Step 4: take a small part of the diced apple and put it into the bottle.
Step 5: add another layer of rock sugar.
Step 6: use the same method to fill the bottle with a layer of apples and a layer of rock sugar (I used three IKEA bottles for apples, which is just right).
Step 7: pour rice vinegar into the bottle.
Step 8: the amount of vinegar should be less than that of other ingredients.
Step 9: take a plastic film to cover the bottle (I don't think the bottle is very sealed, so we don't need the plastic film if it is sealed).
Step 10: Just close the lid.
Step 11: gently move the jar to a cool and ventilated place, and open the bottle cap every other time to let it breathe.
Step 12: take it out two months later and it will be fermented. The color will turn yellow.
Step 13: put a little in the cup.
Step 14: mix 1:8 with boiled water to drink it. It tastes like apple vinegar sold outside.
Step 15: pour out the apples, don't leave only the vinegar, put them into a small bottle and put them in the refrigerator.
Materials required:
Rice vinegar: one bottle
Green apple: 3
Rock sugar: right amount
Precautions: 1. Seal well and put it in a cool and ventilated place. Open the cover every three or five days for ventilation. 2. Vinegar fermentation will produce acetic acid, which needs glass bottles instead of plastic ones. 3. When the vinegar is mixed with water, it's best to use cool water instead of hot water. The taste of hot water is very sour.
