Production steps:
Step 1: Ingredients: 1 jin of soybeans, 1 bag of Xiangzao bittern, 4 star anise, 2 Sannai (no need to put them).
Step 2: add water to the pot, add star anise, Sannai and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 3: cut off both ends of the soybeans and wash them.
Step 4: the water in the pot is pale yellow and smells fragrant.

Step 7: cover and refrigerate for 12 hours (or overnight).
