Banana cheese pie
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: heat the butter to melt and pour into the low flour.
Step 2: mix well and rub into coarse corn powder by hand.
Step 3: add eggs and salt.
Step 4: quickly knead into a uniform dough and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
Step 5: melt the cream cheese in water.

Step 12: take out the refrigerated pie skin and roll it into thin slices on the chopping board.
Step 13: fill the pie skin into the pie plate, roll it over the surface with a rolling pin, and tear off the extra edges.
Step 14: place a small hole in the bottom of the pie skin with a fork to exhaust.
Step 15: fill in the pie.
Step 16: after surface decoration, preheat the oven 180 degrees, middle 20-25 minutes.
