Production steps:
Step 1: get the prize of the second season theme competition about beans, a feast of beans.
Step 2: wash yam, peel and cut into pieces.
Step 3: put the cut yam on a plate and steam it.
Step 4: chop the pork into minced pork.
Step 5: soak the glutinous rice 2 hours in advance, then drain and put it on the plate for standby.

Step 8: add a proper amount of glutinous rice flour / starch; (the chef feels that glutinous rice flour is more sticky than starch).

Step 12: knead the stuffing into each ball about the same size.

Step 15: put the glutinous rice wrapped yam pearl balls on the plate, boil the water in the pot, cover the pot, steam it over high heat, about 25 minutes.
