Production steps:
Step 1: cut the tofu into thick pieces and marinate with soy sauce and salt for 10 minutes (that is, the time when you serve other dishes).

Step 3: dice onion and ham sausages, foam ginger and garlic respectively, and slice shallot green.

Step 10: pour in the starch and stir fry until the juice is transparent. Turn off the heat.
Step 11: pour the stir fried sauce on the tofu evenly.
