Production steps:
Step 1: wash the red beans and add water.
Step 2: soak for a whole day (8 hours in my picture).
Step 3: put the red beans into the pot, add enough water and bring to a boil.
Step 4: turn to medium heat for 30 minutes, add some sugar in the middle.
Step 5: when the water in the pot is about to dry, turn off the fire.
Step 6: add coconut juice on the heat.
Step 7: add coconut powder and stir well.
Step 8: soak the gelatine tablets in ice water.
Step 9: when the red beans are cool, put them in.
Step 10: wait until the red beans are cool.
Step 11: put in the box.
Step 12: refrigerate for 3 hours, then you can eat.
Step 13: cut into pieces when eating.

Gilding tablets: moderate amount
Sugar: right amount
Note: I think red beans are easy to cook after soaking for a whole day, but I didn't expect to cook them for half an hour. It's suggested to boil red beans in a pressure cooker. The ratio of gilding slice and coconut juice is 320 ml to 3 gilding slices. The red bean cake with coconut powder and coconut juice has rich coconut flavor and is delicious.
