Production steps:
Step 1: wash the apple, do not peel, put it into the blender and stir it into puree. Mix apple puree and KUKE Yibai barbecue mixture well.
Step 2: add appropriate amount of concentrated lemon juice.
Step 3: mix well.
Step 4: prepare shredded kidney beans, carrot and onion.
Step 5: unfold the beef rolls, spread the homemade KUKE jam and marinate for 10 minutes.
Step 6: put the pickled beef rolls on the chopping board, spread some shredded kidney beans, carrots and onions, and spread some homemade KUKE jam.
Step 7: roll up the fat cattle, completely wrap the vegetables, and fix the joint with toothpick.
Step 8: warm the oil in a hot pan. Don't use too much oil. Put in the beef roll.
