Production steps:
Step 1: cut the tenderloin into 1.5cm square pieces, add a little cooking wine and salt, mix well and let stand for 5 minutes.
Step 2: dry starch with a little water stirred into a thick starch paste (the degree of chopsticks mixed with resistance).

Note: Cherry meat is a famous dish in Northeast China, and it seems to be a big dish.
