Steamed bread with black soybean milk
Introduction:
"I can't be at ease with those sold outside now, so I try my best to learn how to make Chinese pasta, and I'll wrap the pasta at home ~ ~ this is a healthy steamed bread made with soybean milk instead of water. It uses black beans and a lot of cereals. It's very rich in nutrition. A bite of steamed bread has a faint bean fragrance, and some old noodles are added to make it taste like steamed bread Better
Production steps:
Step 1: use black beans, job's tears, corn, millet, red rice, sorghum and so on to make black beans, grains and soymilk. (no need to filter, bean dregs are also kneaded into steamed bread for better nutrition)
Step 2: put all the ingredients into the toaster.
Step 3: blending is in progress.
Step 4: put the kneaded dough on the chopping board and relax for about 5 minutes.
Step 5: roll the dough into a large piece.
