Production steps:
Step 1: put white flour and black rice flour in the bowl, there is no specific proportion, but if there are too many coarse grains, the crust will be hard, and the pancake is thinner, too many coarse grains are not easy to spread well ~ the amount in my picture can be ~ 3:1 ~ more black rice flour is OK, but if it is corn flour, then 3:1 is enough
Step 2: add water to make a paste. If it's a little thinner, it will spread thin, but it's too thin to form and turn over. Novices will be more embarrassed. It's suggested that novices should pour less batter when they adjust it to a moderate consistency. Take the pot and turn it evenly~
Step 3: apply a thin layer of oil to the pan, pour in the batter when it is about 50% to 60% hot, and turn it over when you can see the blister on this side
