Introduction:

So I grabbed a handful of glutinous rice and steamed it casually with few ingredients at home. I didn't expect that the finished product was quite like that. Production steps:
Step 1: half a small bowl of glutinous rice, soak in water for 1 hour.
Step 2: put it in the rice cooker and steam it with a little water.
Step 3: wait for the rice cooker to jump up automatically, and then simmer for a while.
Step 4: mix the sugar in the steamed glutinous rice.
Step 5: take a small bowl and coat the wall with salad oil. Place the dried blackcurrant and hawthorn roll as shown in the finished product picture and spread them evenly at the bottom of the bowl (forget to take a picture).
Step 6: take a small amount of glutinous rice and spread it at the bottom of the bowl. First spread a layer of red bean paste and a little pork floss on it.
Step 7: lay another layer of glutinous rice, put the cut Cantonese sausage in the middle, then apply some red bean paste, and sprinkle some meat floss on the surface.
Step 8: take a flat plate, turn the bowl upside down and put it in the flat plate. Add water to the pan, cover and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
Step 9: after steaming, leave the fire, pick up the inverted bowl, and the glutinous rice will be round in the middle of the plate, with the shape of Babao sweet rice.
Step 10: pour a little bit of orange jam and Bulgarian rose jam on the top to make the edge, embellishment and sauce. The eight treasures sweet rice with glutinous fragrance is finished.
