Fried shrimp with Scallion
Introduction:
Production steps:
Step 1: remove the head and shell of the shrimp (don't remove the tail). Wash.
Step 2: cut along the back of the shrimp with a knife to remove the catgut. Wash and soak in water for 15 minutes. Add soy sauce to the water (in order to get rid of the fishy smell, add more soy sauce)
Step 3: beat the eggs into flour, add water to make a paste, then add salt and black pepper to taste. Cut the scallions into scallions and add them to the batter. (the batter should not be too thin, or the shrimp won't hold the batter when frying)
Step 4: heat the pan with cooking oil until it is slightly smoky. Turn to a light fire. Hold the tail of the shrimp and dip the shrimp into the batter to make sure the noodles are hanging on the shrimp. Quickly put it in the oil pan.
Step 5: turn the shrimp upside down from time to time to ensure that both sides can be fried evenly. Take both sides golden and remove. Plate and sprinkle with Scallion for decoration.
