Pizza sauce
Introduction:

Production steps:
Step 1: wash the tomatoes, peel them, cut them into small pieces and set them aside
Step 2: dice the onion and garlic
Step 3: sugar, white pepper, oregano leaf and basil are weighed and set aside
Step 4: melt the butter
Step 5: add onion and garlic and saute until fragrant
Step 6: add tomatoes and stir fry
Step 7: add sugar, white pepper, oregano leaves, basil and stir fry
Step 8: cover and cook for about 20 minutes. Don't paste the bottom
Step 9: add salt into the sauce and stir fry

Basil: 1 / 2 teaspoon
Sugar: 1 tablespoon
Note: my family only white pepper, if changed to black pepper better
